Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If you choose an express shipping method, please keep this processing time in mind. If you need your order sent out immediately, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We make every attempt not to list out-of-stock items. If your order contains an item which is out of stock, your credit card will be charged only for the items sent.

In the event of a credit card problem, we will email you immediately to inform you of the situation. We will then wait up to 10 business days for your response and then email you once more before canceling the order.
